Why are your prices not shown?
Our prices will be available right after you signed up on our website or sign in with your existing The Tapping Tapir shopify account.

Are your price GST-inclusive?
Yes, all the prices shown are GST-inclusive.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards and online money transfers via our payment processing partners, PayPal and GHL . Please be advised that all your transactions are done securely on their website and we do not retrieve and collect your credit card details.

Can I do bank transfer instead?
Yes you can do bank transfer online via GHL (Malaysian bank accounts only).
Click on the ‘GHL’ option and you will be redirected to GHL’s secure page and just follow their instructions to continue with your payment. No payment proof needed :) More information on GHL here.

What about the payment option of Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Sorry, we do not provide COD at the moment.

How do I use my discount code?
A discount code? Lucky you! When you are ready to checkout, just hit the 'Checkout' button and you may enter your discount code in the space provided and hit 'Apply'. Your bill will then tally accordingly.
*Discount Codes are not applicable on Sale items

Can I change my delivery details after I made the payment?
We will try to accommodate this if the changes are made before the delivery day. If you were to change the delivery details (Especially drop off location) on the delivery day, you would have to pay for the changes at RM30. Kindly contact us, we shall assist you on that as much as we could.

How should I proceed with the redelivery fee of RM30?
You will get an email from the team with further instruction. Payment for re-delivery should be made within 3 days after you receive re-delivery request email via bank transfer and payment slip should be presented via email to info@thetappingtapir.com

I realize I need to change my order or cancel my order after I made my payment, can I still do that?
Sorry, we do not allow a change in the order after payment is made since the pick-and-pack will normally be done right after the order comes in and will be pushed to the delivery warehouse. So make sure that’s your best choice before clicking on Pay.

I love your sodas and my friends love it, we need that for a party, can we buy more?
Definitely! If you need more than 120 bottles, fill the form under "Do You Need More" and we will help you.

I can’t wait to have a party tonight and I need your sodas here with us, any chance?
We hate to ruin a party so contact us, no guarantee but we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Are your products Halal?
Yes, we are certified by JAKIM that all our products are Halal.

What is the best way to keep your product?
Our products are best kept at room temperature. Avoid from direct sunlight if you do not have sufficient space in your fridge. Refer to the expiry date for their shelf- life. 

Do I have to keep your product chilled after I opened it?
The Tapping Tapir Sodas is made from fruit juices and contains no artificial preservatives. It is advisable to refrigerate and try to finish it within 3 days. For a crisp thirst quenching soda serve them chilled!

I have made an online purchase and I would like to track my parcel. Where do I go to do that?
After an online purchase is made, we will ship your parcel as soon as we can (usually within one working day). Once the shipment is out, you will be notified via an email containing a tracking code. You may then use the code to track your order from the link provided in the email. Please wait for at least 24 hours after the item(s) have been sent/posted for tracking details to be available.

Why aren't you replying my emails?
We are a very small team with very large plates and we are at the studio from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (GMT +8) from Monday to Friday. We will reply the soonest we can, pinky promise!
